Hey lovelies!

Can you believe another year has flown by? As well as the fact we're in a brand new decade! Honestly I'm so excited for 2020, 2019 was a pretty good year. I started to love myself more, started my weight loss journey, met some incredible people and really did make some incredible memories.

I'm so ready for a fresh year to make new memories, continue my journey to self love and to reach my fitness goal. There's always something about a new year that really motivates me to change my life for the better, I already have some great plans for 2020, so I'm really hoping it's going to be an amazing year.

I really wanted to re-launch my blog and put my everything in to it instead of getting scared that no one would read it but I'm really excited to see where my blog could go this year, I'm loving my instagram at the moment and so happy with its growth over the last 3 and a half months which is making me very motivated for this blog. So I really do hope you'll stick around to see my future posts and I hope you enjoy this one!

1. Be happy & love myself more.
2019 was probably my happiest year yet, I started to love myself again, I started seeing myself become more confident and I spent time with people who made me feel loved and I went to bed nearly every day of 2019 feeling content, which for me is quite a rare thing. So my main goal for 2020 is to make it the happiest year yet and really learn to love myself so much more.

2. Spend more quality time the people closest to me.
I have made it a priority to see the people who make me happy a lot more than I already do, spending time with my closest friends or the ones I love. I always feel happier leaving than I did arriving and that's the kind of energy I want in 2020, just a year full of love and happiness.

3. Make time for things I enjoy doing.
I sometimes put things aside for more important things and forgetting to do things I really enjoy doing like writing blog posts, baking, doing anything creative, going to get my nails and hair done. I tried to do more of these things last month and my mental health was really good because of it. I really wanted to make this a priority in 2020 so that I really can make this year the best yet.

1. Lose more fat, gain more muscle.
I started my weight loss journey properly in 2019, with the help from two of my favourite people Tom & Kelly and I honestly couldn't have started it without them. I have some goals this year that I want to reach and all of them are just for body confidence, feeling comfortable in myself, loving myself more and getting a healthier mindset. I'm starting this new year new me journey with Zara my new personal trainer and I can already see her pushing me to where I want to be!

2. Increase my personal bests in weightlifting.
I wouldn't say I'm a newbie at lifting and definitely not a pro, but I am learning pretty quickly and I get insanely excited to lift weights, especially deadlifts! I have my own goals for how heavy I'd like to lifting by the end of 2020 and I really do think that if I push myself enough, I would be able to reach those goals! 

3. Get into the routine of meal prepping.
I do eat pretty healthy, I don't enjoy take aways, I'm craving vegetables a lot more (I mean, I was offered a Chinese and had roasted veg instead). I do very much enjoy making lots of food and not worrying about cooking. I definitely want to get more into the routine of meal prepping so it's easier to grab something for lunch at work instead of forgetting to cook something then having to go and buy food.

1. Post on Instagram at least 3 times a week.
I love the idea of posting daily on instagram, but for me it's insanely difficult to get that much content  unless I'm on holiday posting daily pictures of animals. So, I think a goal of posting 3 times a week for the whole year is a goal I could achieve, we'll see!

2. Put myself out there in the community more.
I truly love seeing bloggers I love meeting up with other blogger friends for blogger coffees and honestly I always wanted that and luckily I met my best friend Emily through Instagram (who knew we lived in the same town for so many years and never crossed paths) and we have started having little blogger coffee dates (well, I have multiple cups of tea). I'd really love to make more blogger friends and be an active member of the community!

3. Get out of my comfort zone.
I have always felt my little comfort zone is waiting for brands to get in touch with me, not to contact them myself in fear of rejection. But, I really want to get out of my comfort zone and go after my blogging dreams. I mean, why not chase a dream and feel the happiness of accomplishing something I could only dream of right now.
